Built since 1738 by the will of Marquis de Poppano Nicola Moscati.
Realized by the architect Ferdinando Sanfelice and having a double staircase called in "wings of falcon".
In its entry,is, a marble stele of the declaration of the empire of Mussolini .
Currently occupied by private tenants .
